1/8 end mills are one of the most popular size of end mill bits sold in the metal cutting industry today.  They are a versatile tool that can be used for a variety of tasks, including milling, drilling,  deburring, and chamferring.  They are available in several standard end mill geometries with general purpose and high performance uses.  They come with multiple number of flutes and flute lengths.  The most common material is solid carbide with multiple PVD coating options.  We also have special geometries for 1/8 end mills for aluminum.
